The Jeta Grove Meditation Community is a meditation group that gathers each week to practice meditation together.
Our practice is in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Each week we come together and enjoy a combination of guided, silent and walking meditation.
The mindfulness practice is designed to help us reduce stress and increase deep inner peace.
By practicing time-honored techniques that are over 2500 years old, we create within us a lasting happiness that is always available.
There is no experience necessary for our practice. Please feel free to join us anytime.
