These are basic rates, but I am always happy to negotiate. Let's talk!
Hourly rates run $44-$74 an hour, depending on the project complexity or skill level of the work to be edited.
Ghostwriting services for book manuscripts run $67 per hour.
Flat-rate bids may be more workable for you. For short magazine articles (writing or editing, 500-1,000 words), the rate is $250.
For longer projects, such as editing manuscripts (20,000-32,000 words), rates begin at $1,000.
Nonprofits receive a $10 per hour or 20 percent discount.
