Jiallo’s is a humble restaurant serving up African and Caribbean cuisine with bold flavor. It’s owner, and chef, Mohammed Jiallo started his career in the restaurant business in Guinea, West Africa where he worked in the kitchen of his father and grandfather’s restaurant starting about the age of twelve. Today Chef Mohammed brings his years of culinary experience and hospitality to Indianapolis where he enjoys preparing flavorful home cooked dishes for his many satisfied customers.
