The first Joe's Shanghai restaurant was founded in Flushing, New York in 1994 and our special soup dumplings immediately became a New Yorker's favorite. We currently have two more locations in New York - one in Chinatown and one in Midtown. In 2008, we began setting up our restaurants in Japan, the first one in Ikebukuro, then Funabashi and Ginza in 2010 and are rapidly growing all across Japan YTD.
