Joyce Factory Direct of St. Louis

NOTICE: Joyce Factory Direct of St. Louis is no longer a valid or legal entity. The company Midwest Investments, Inc was previously authorized to be a licensee. Midwest Investments and their owners were operating as Joyce Factory Direct of St. Louis and have materially defaulted in numerous respects per the agreements as a licensee. As a consequence, all agreements with Midwest Investments and their owners have been terminated.



As a result of this termination, neither Midwest Investments nor any other affiliated company has the right to use the Joyce product names or any of the Joyce trademarks or copyrights. They are not an authorized dealer to sell Joyce products or use the Joyce name in any way, shape or fashion.



The Consumer Protection Division at Missouri Attorney General office and Better Business Bureau have been sent proactive communication from Joyce in regards to this matter. From Joyce corporate, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As a licensee, Midwest Investments has always been a completely separate legal entity and Joyce had no ownership or management within their company. All consumer contracts and obligations were between Midwest Investments and those vendors or consumers.
