I love to cook and have always wanted my own restaurant and bakery. I’ve cooked for my family, friends and co-workers for as long as I can remember. My experience with cooking and baking started at a very early age. When I lived in Western Samoa, I worked at the Morris Hedstrom bakery, where I cooked meat pies, pineapple pies, cakes and many other baked items. All of my food is made as healthy as possible and with top quality ingredients. Now, I want to share my good food with you and provide you a taste of the islands.
