Julia Pritchard Hawkins

A Charleston native, Julia Hawkins grew up in Hobcaw Point, Mt. Pleasant and attended Porter Gaud in her early years. Julia went on to study Business Administration at the College of Charleston, and spent a semester in Florence, Italy enhancing her Business studies and cultural knowledge. After undergraduate studies, Julia traveled around the United Kingdom and Italy before returning to Charleston and earning a Graduate Gemologist Degree. Her passion for luxury jewelry and business were married in this career, where she traveled searching for the perfect inventory for her Charleston customers. After purchasing a home in Mt. Pleasant in 2008, she planned and oversaw a complete renovation of her new home, taking it down to the studs and refinishing it wall to wall. It was during this construction that Julia realized her appreciation for Charleston homes and real estate. She joined Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015 and here she leverages her interest in the luxury lifestyle, real estate, and Charleston.
