Our instructors and our facility are committed to continuing education in the area of fitness and health. We strive to offer the most relevant classes, exercises and information available. We also partner with local businesses and non-profits to help our participants connect with resources and tools for stress management, support groups, nutrition and cooking classes

Just Move Fitness and More is a contract free, pay as you go center that offers a positive atmosphere for those who desire an alternative to traditional fitness classes and facilities.

We offer many choices for morning, evening and weekend classes!

Our facility is also available for party rental!
