Karin Moscato has been a Loan Officer for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation since 2007. Previously, she worked for Omni Funding, RBC Mortgage and CUSO Mortgage , with a total of 9 years experience as a Mortgage Consultant. She has served a wide range of clients throughout the United States, assisting the customer by providing them with their short and long term financing options, that best fit their needs , when purchasing a new home or refinancing a current home.

Karin Moscato’s success as a Mortgage Consultant is supported by her product knowledge, excellent communication skills and her many years of experience in helping customers solve problems and advising customers of product advantages and disadvantages. Just as important to her success, is being able to provide top-notch service to the customer, many times resulting in a long term relationship with that customer and their family members.

She has completed an AA degree in business with San Jose City Collage. She continued her professional education with the University of Phoenix specializing in purchasing and manufacturing courses while employed with Applied Materials for 17 years as a manager in the purchasing department. She obtained her real estate license in 2000. She is Cal HFA certified, allowing her to assist customers looking for grant assistance. She is experienced in FHA and VA financing.

Karin Moscato lives in Livermore, CA with her three Cocker Spaniels. When not working she likes to spend her time doing home improvement projects and spending time on the coast or in the mountains. Despite her busy career, Karin Moscato makes time to be involved with community organizations. She is a member of a Non- Profit organization which rescues animals.. She also does voluntary work for the Eagles Association who initiates community programs such as Cancer Walks and Toys for Children providing wrapped presents to children in orphanages on Christmas.

Karin Moscato received top loan officer awards in 2002, 2003 and 2004 for Customer Service. She also received Awards in 2005 and 2006 for being in the top 100 out of 400 loan officers, to have funded the highest number of loans.
