With over 240 homes sold and over $135 million in sales, Kathy has a proven record with buyers and sellers alike. Kathy is proud of the fact that she is a NJAR “Circle of Excellence” winner for 5 consecutive years, the highest level of achievement being the prestigious Platinum Level in 2013, 2014 and 2015. In addition, NJ Monthly Magazine researches agents based on customer satisfaction every year. Since its inception, Kathy has been nominated by various customers and awarded the ‘Five Star Professional’ award each year --for 5 years -- which places Kathy in the top 2% of all NJ realtors. Kathy holds the distinction of having sold more homes in Glen Ridge than any agent for 2012 and 2013. In 2014, no single agent sold more homes in Glen Ridge.

Having worked in New York’s fashion industry for 25 years, Kathy was directly involved in buying, selling, merchandising, designing and supervising. For 10 years, she managed a dress manufacturing company where her strengths were working effectively with people and negotiating with fabric and trim suppliers as well as with store buyers. Her company produced $40 million in sales at its peak. Kathy understands what it takes to market a product, sell it, produce it and deliver it.

Kathy graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in French. She also studied at the Sorbonne in Paris. She and her husband have lived in Glen Ridge for over 27 years. Her two sons, now in their twenties, graduated from the Glen Ridge schools. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about Glen Ridge, Montclair and the surrounding towns –and delights in sharing her expertise. Having commuted to New York City for many years, Kathy has special insight into the importance of the daily commute to Manhattan.

As an active member of the community, Kathy served as a soccer coach, Civic Conference Committee member and secretary, member of the Mayor’s Alliance Committee and the Mayor’s Gala Committee, Co-chair of Project Graduation and Chair of the Educational Foundation 10th Anniversary Party at the Montclair Art Museum. She is also a member of the Glen Ridge Women’s Club and serves as a regular volunteer for special events including the House Tour.
