KD3 Designs

The "FINE PRINT" of KD3 Designs. This is the nitty gritty stuff but I have to put it out there so that I can cover myself.
• Payment is due at time of ordering. I will not start an order until payment is received. I run a small business and try not to come out of pocket to start an order.
• Please allow a 7-10 day turnaround. I will try my best to have it done before 7 days but I have no control over my suppliers and when I will receive my orders. I will place orders for materials and supplies on Mondays and Thursday. Please keep that in mind when ordering. I will charge a $10 rush fee for orders needed within 48 hours.
• I guarantee my work 100%. With that being said, I will not offer any returns or refunds. I will however, remake an item that is defective. Please send me a picture the second you see an issue.
• I will offer a bulk order discount. Message me for more information. If you are ordering for a bridal party, I will throw in something special for the bride and if you are ordering 4+ shirts, the bride's will be free.
• Please place an order in writing. Whether it be via text, email, message, or be written on paper (with my signature). I will not take orders thru comments on pictures. Orders are not confirmed and in queue until you have received an invoice with product description and it is paid.
• Please, please, please, remember that I do this on the side. I am a wife and mom first before anything else. I know your order is special and that you need it asap, but my family will come first. I also have a full time job, so once my son and husband go to bed, I work on my orders. Please be nice when I say that it will be a few days before I can have your order done.
