Keystone Pottery

Our pottery will offer a variety of hand built/hand turned stoneware pottery. Decorative hand designed pottery along with functional pottery. All glazes are formulated in our studio and are 100% lead free. Therefore it is safe for use in baking and eating from. It is also safe for use in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. My pottery is competitively priced with today's market and will be available to the public by selective art galleries, art supported shows, and internet sales. Special orders will be accepted upon request. Our studio is open by appointment only.
Ken and Teresa both studied at Montgomery Community College in the Pottery Program. Teresa graduating in 1997 with a certificate in Pottery Production and going on to graduate in 1999 with a certificate in Professional Crafts Clay: Advanced. Some of my designs orginate from the photos I have made. I particularly enjoy the art of photography of nature and wildlife. Where I enjoy taking a step further and designing the photo onto my particular vessel. It is my hope that the work of art that I have designed you will select and carry with you into your home will become a part of that joy as it has brought me. That is why my first cup of coffee in the morning is enjoyed from a great pottery mug. It reassures me of my love and continued great joy is why I love making these one of a kind vessel.
