Kino Hana, Cardio-Hula, welcomes you to a challenging, fun, and exciting workout that will shape you up and shake up your normal routine by adding some island flavah. Our hula style cardio workout helps tone your entire body including your legs, glutes and core. Your upper body and arms also play a big role in this workout. Traditional exercises combined with basic hula movements will boost the calorie burn while mele (song), sounds of the islands, reggae beats, and contemporary music set the mood and motivates you to “Shake it up... Shape it up”! This workout is for both men and women of all ages and you don't have to have any hula experience.
