Koshary

Koshary brings a unique perspective of ancient Egypt to downtown Greensboro with delicious offerings made from fresh ingredients, avoiding unnecessary fats that are found in some other foods. Koshary is the national dish of Egypt, mixing lentils, macaroni noodles, and rice into a single dish, then topped with a spicy tomato sauce blend. It is a fusion dish that blends ingredients and incorporates different civilizations which have passed through Egypt throughout history.

We're open for lunch and dinner, and if you're on the go, we also offer take-out. We can accommodate larger crowds as well.
