Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health

Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is a nonprofit
educational organization dedicated to the inquiry
into what creates a fulfilled human life. We teach
the art and science of yoga to tens of thousands of people each year, the effects of which ripple
through their lives, touching families, workplaces,
and communities.

This Page is for anyone who is looking to live better!  We want this to be your community, and we encourage you to engage with your fellow fans as well as us. We will leave what you share here, as long as it relates to the topics covered on this Page. However, we reserve the right to edit or remove any materials that we deem to be
