Lahori's Dhaba

The Indian subcontinent spans several modern countries and takes up about 4.4 million square kilometers, almost half the landmass of the United States. A counterpoint to many other regional cooking styles, Lahori dishes tend to be milder in flavor while still being highly aromatic.
