Dr. Baynard is trained in pregnancy chiropractic. All methods of care are natural and are safe for you and most importantly, your baby. Adjustments and treatment is modified for your pregnancy needs. Dr. Baynard also works very closely with the OBGYNs in the area to ensure you get the best care possible.

Scared of an adjustment? That's okay...Dr. Baynard can walk you through the adjustment! However, we also have alternatives for your treatment from massage, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, flexion-distraction technique, and kinesiotape! Dr. Baynard is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College and McNeese State University. She is from Moss Bluff, LA and is so happy to be back in SWLA. She is certified in the Webster Technique which is pregnancy-specific that incorporates pelvic analysis to decrease pain and help with the delivery process. While in undergrad at McNeese, she became a personal trainer certified through the Cooper Institute and has taken Pregnancy & Exercise classes at Cooper. She has a passion for chiropractic (especially pregnancy), health, and fitness.
