Liz Glass and Chris Meyer opened Lake Street Market in May 2004, and together with Kayla Massey turned what was once a summer-only deli into a year-round destination for gourmet sandwiches and soups, fresh salads, great pizzas, hand-cut steaks, and house-made bagels and scones.
