Lakeview is a town in DeKalb County, Alabama, United States. At the 2010 census the population was 143. The population density was 259.7 people per square mile (99.9/km²). There were 69 housing units at an average density of 109.9 per square mile (42.3/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 95.09% White, 3.68% Native American, and 1.23% from two or more races.There were 65 households out of which 30.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.1% were married couples living together, 10.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.1% were non-families. 23.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.51 and the average family size was 2.94.In the town, the population was spread out with 22.1% under the age of 18, 5.5% from 18 to 24, 27.6% from 25 to 44, 26.4% from 45 to 64, and 18.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 42 years. For every 100 females there were 103.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.4 males.
