Landmark School's Office of Transition & Guidance is here to help students throughout their high school career. While we are constantly working on helping all students positively transition through high school, our main focus is helping students apply to and prepare for post-secondary options.

Guidance Counselors work with Juniors & Seniors throughout the entire post-secondary research, application, and acceptance process.
