From small backyard summer events to sold out restaurant pop-up dinners, LASA is currently seeking their own brick & mortar to cook and serve their Filipino inspired, seasonal farm-to-table cuisine. First generation Filipino-American brothers, Chase and Chad Valencia are behind the LASA pop-up & restaurant project, where they seek to curate a Filipino-American cultural experience through the nourishment of the soul and the palate.
