RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS FOR A PRIVATE ROOM

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served bases. Dates are reserved with a deposit depending on the room wanted, which will be applied to your final invoice. The deposit will reflect our minimum food and beverage charge for room desired.

Front Gallery: Sunday-Thursday $200 deposit/minimum* Friday-Saturday $400 deposit/minimum*

Back Gallery: Sunday-Thursday $250 deposit/minimum* Friday-Saturday $500 deposit/minimum*

Full Gallery: Sunday-Thursday $450 deposit/minimum* Friday-Saturday $900 deposit/minimum*

*Minimum does not include 7% sales tax and 20% Gratuity. If bill does not reach minimum then the minimum + tax + gratuity will be totaled as final invoice.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 30 days prior to event will receive a refund of 50% of their deposit. Cancellations made within the 30 days are not eligible for any refund. All final cancellation charges are at the discretion of the management. Legacy Pub shall not be held liable for cancellations due to public emergencies or acts of God. Legacy Pub maintains the right to withdraw from any agreement or to renegotiate the price if a client changes any of the event elements agreed upon.
