I believe taking time to nurture oneself can provide clarity and focus for a greater sense of satisfaction, purpose and peace. My experience includes working with people aged six and over. Anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, health and wellness, phase of life transitions is welcome to connect with me. I work with those struggling with bipolar, eating disorders, substance abuse, OCD, developmental disorders, and grief, as well as those seeking to learn better skills in anger management or assertiveness.
