Ling Ling was established in the early 1990s. The restaurant was originally own by a family from Shanghai. When HuaYong Chen purchased LingLing in 2001, he removed most of the unpopular food dishes and created many of his own dishes.
Now the restaurant is family owned and operated by HuaYong Chen and his family. HuaYong Chen, the Master Chef at LingLing, has had over 30 years of experience cooking the finest Chinese cuisine.
