At Flex 151, we do not measure a workout's productivity in terms of hours in the gym or a set number of repetitions; instead, our computerized Intelligent Training System measures the time your muscle is contracted. We strive to safely and consistently reach the point that challenges the body to make an adaptation, yielding the most efficient and effective workout possible. There are no longer any excuses not to workout! We have successfully taken multiple hours in the gym and condensed them into an effective, efficient workout so you can enjoy life outside of the gym!

At Upgrade Café, we don’t settle. The Cafe brings you all-organic cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, smoothies, coffees and teas! We are proud to be the Tri-State’s first and only micronutrient-focused bar to help with the health needs of busy people looking to detoxify, regain their energy and live life to the fullest.
