Long Island Select Healthcare, Inc.

It is our mission to provide primary and preventive healthcare services to residents of specific areas of Suffolk County with a particular focus on low income, medically unserved, and underserved individuals.

Long Island Select Healthcare, Inc. was formed in August 2016 from the health clinics of three Legacy Agencies: UCP of Suffolk, Developmental Disabilities Institute, and Family Residences and Essential Enterprises. LISH, Inc. is an Article 28 Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), as well as an Article 16 Rehabilitation Clinic. LISH serves the public as a sub-recipient of Hudson River Healthcare.

As an FQHC we service our clients by providing: Adult, adolescent, and pediatric primary care, Gynecology, Podiatry, Optometry, Dentistry, Behavioral Health, Neurology, Psychiatry, Psychology, Audiology, Health education and more.

In addition, to further serve the needs of our population our Article 16 Rehabilitation Clinics offer PT, OT, Speech Therapy, Augmentative Rehab, and Assistive Technology services.
