First, we would like to thank our many faithful customers. The Goldstein family has been making Long Wong's buffalo wings in Phoenix for over 33 years. The founders, Dave & Hernmie Goldstein, were originally from Buffalo, New York and they brought with them the right buffalo wing recipes.
