Louie’s California Bistro is a must when in Santa Barbara and wanting some great food in a friendly yet elegant atmosphere. Locally owned and operated by Anne Rizzoli, who had worked at Louie’s for many years prior to becoming the “new” owner over 10 years ago. Louie’s has been open for over thirty years now. It has maintained the very special dining experience with the menu and food staying consistent through the years and has been described as “California comfort food served with an elegant flair.”
