Lower Columbia College Music Program

LCC welcomes music majors seeking careers in music, as well as general college students seeking music experience and instruction with faculty who are active professional perfomers. Students entering Fall 2016 or later may earn an Associate of Fine Arts in Music degree, which can act as either a rewarding stand-alone music degree, and/or allow for easy transfer to any 4-year music program in Washington State for further music studies.

LCC music students study together, take classes together, and perform in ensembles together. This sense of camaraderie is one of many unique advantages in LCC's smaller and focused music program. Additionally, students receive individual attention inside and outside the classroom with faculty who are also active performers.
