Loxley & Phillips Properties, LLC is owned by Ryan & Ashley Phillips, Stephen & Kendra Loxley, and Steve & Mary Kay Loxley.

We have been refurbishing downtown buildings for the past 3 years and continue to do our part to improve downtown Morganfield. We have recently purchased, and are in the process of remodeling 3 new buildings. We are looking for entrepreneurs who want to become part of the downtown improvements.

With our current commercial tenants we gave them the option of an "as is" lease agreement or a re-negotiated lease price if we built to suit.
