Nikki Leitao, President and founder of LUXE Permanent Cosmetics (formally Permanent Makeup, Etc.) & Owner of REJUVE Med Spa & Permanent Cosmetics is a fully licensed Permanent Cosmetic Professional.

With over 10 years of experience, Nikki is a leader and innovator in her field, revolutionizing the art of Permanent Make Up in the rapidly growing Cosmetic Tattoo Industry.

Nikki is well known all over New England, having practiced in various locations such as Stingray Bodyart (Allston, MA), Permanent Makeup, Etc. (Salem, MA) and now in Danvers Massachusetts with her new location and spa, REJUVE .

Nikki is an active member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation and the Conventional & Cosmetic Tattoo Association where she continues her education in this ever evolving industry!

Nikki trained exclusively under Licensed Nurse / Aesthetician & Makeup Artist /Micropigmentation Tech. & Reiki Master, Cindi Clark of The Adam’s Center , a prestigious Cosmetic Surgery Center on Newbury St., Boston, Ma.

OSHA Certified and fully-licensed.
Along with her extensive independent research, promoting public awareness and practice of safety in Permanent Makeup, her continued education and certifications include Pain Control Safety and Effectiveness (American Academy of Micropigmentation), First Aid & CPR, Blood Borne Pathogens & Anatomy and Physiology.

Nikki Leitao was the first and only licensed Permanent Makeup Technician in the city of Salem, MA., after challenging their Health Board’s Body art regulations which banned any micropigmentation / tattooing of the face.

Her victory came in May 2010, after Nikki worked with the Salem Board of Health, educating and assisting them in creating new regulations for the city of Salem, MA.
