Lynette Braun is a REALTOR® with a practice that specializes in residential sales & exchanges in San Diego, CA. As a Previews International agent with Coldwell Banker Rancho Santa Fe, Lynette is a Top Producer for the Southern California region and International Sterling Society Award Winner. She was born and raised in San Diego and epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service.

After high school, Lynette founded a successful document signing company, employing 25 notary publics to perform home loan signings. She purchased her first home at 19 years old, her first investment property at 21 and continued to build her investing education & portfolio while raising her two sons. She later became founder and CEO of a property preservation firm, rehabilitating foreclosures for banks and the government. This gave her an invaluable opportunity to create a network of investors, asset managers, vendors, agents and other service professionals that continue to support her today. In 2013, she decided to pursue her dream of a becoming real estate agent and has since built a successful career representing buyers, sellers, investors, attorneys, developers and banks with a focus on client education and empowerment.

Lynette has the opportunity to expand her network further by sharing the advice of industry experts on her radio show on ESPN’s Real Talk San Diego on 1700AM. She interviews business & finance entrepreneurs and thought leaders that are making an impact in the community. She also serves as an Action Team Member for The Center for Wealth & Legacy. The Center was founded with a commitment of helping successful business owners and families ‘pass forward’ their financial success along with the core values that created their wealth. Our goals is to instill hope and provide a specific roadmap for continued success throughout future generations.

A firm believer in giving back, she donates a percentage of her commission to a non-profit of her clients’ choice, serves as the San Diego Ambassador for Yoga Gives Back and provides complimentary financial education to the military community. In her free time, she is an athlete at heart and enjoys being at the beach with her sons and English Bulldog.
