Lytton Gardens Senior Communities

Lytton Gardens is a “multi-level” retirement community that provides a home for low-income seniors who are able to maintain their independence. The community features 320 high-quality, affordable studio and one-bedroom apartments for Retirement Living. Residents live in one of three apartment buildings in a community that includes common areas, fitness and entertainment facilities, resident dining room and access to our communal courtyards and gardens. Currently, the campus is home to 380 residents in residential living and 55 residents in an assisted-living apartments.
