Mane Event Boxing

Boxing techniques for all all ages. We focus on the fundamentals of boxing largely based on the background of trainers Kenny Weldon (who trained fighters such as Evander Holyfield and helped the Mayweather family) and Cus D'Amato (who trained Mike Tyson). The skills we train are predominantly on footwork, body movement, defense, and how to read your opponent. These are the things we obsess about to your benefit. We also focus on helping our students develop a style that differentiates them from other opponents. It's important to be able mesh these two focuses together in order to truly gain talent in this sport. And Boxing is a great total body workout for anyone looking to mix up their routine.
