We focus on the fundamentals of boxing largely based on the background of trainers Kenny Weldon (who trained fighters such as Evander Holyfield and helped the Mayweather family) and Cus D'Amato (who trained Mike Tyson). The skills we train are predominantly on footwork, body movement, defense, and how to read your opponent. These are the things we obsess about to your benefit. We also focus on helping our students develop a style that differentiates them from other opponents.
