Chef Wes Whitsell’s Manuela, in partnership with Iwan and Manuela Wirth, is where art and food converge.

Located in the heart of Downtown LA, Manuela's menu offers seasonal, soulful cuisine created from locally-sourced and homegrown ingredients, with dishes determined by the seasons and highlighting the old-world techniques of pickling, fermenting and in-house smoking.

At the heart of the Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles Arts Complex, Manuela's dishes are harmonious with exhibits at the gallery. The restaurant is intimate and grand alike, rustic yet refined, with its exterior and interior dining space occupying 5,000 square feet, featuring refurbished materials, bespoke furnishings and notable works of art chosen or commissioned by the gallery.
