Martial Arts at the Lake

Welcome to Martial Arts at the Lake (Lake Martial Arts) web page. We use the martial arts as a way to empower people through training focused on character development, physical fitness, and traditional and non-traditional techniques.

Our traditional Taekwondo is geared towards instilling life skills (confidence, discipline, respect, perseverance, etc. ) in our students. We also offer a self-defense fitness class which is designed to increase physical fitness no matter your current level and to empower you through self-defense techniques.

We love interacting with our students and sharing the life skills of the martial arts.

In addition to our classes we have an Open Mat session and private and semi-private lessons two weekends per month.
