Martin County Pork Producers

The Martin County Pork Producers is a nonprofit organization focused on promotion, fundraising, and scholarship in Martin County, Minnesota. The organization is run by a volunteer board of directors, with a full roster of 24. These directors raise hogs and/or are involved in the pork industry. We sponsor many events, such as the Pork Master's Golf Tournament in July, the Pork Cook-off at the Martin County Fair, and Pork Night at the race. We donate to many schools, and give away two scholarships every year. We're most known for our grilled pork chops, which you can find at many events throughout the summer. Many people are also a fan of our "Martin County Magic", a grilling spice which is currently sold in stores throughout Fairmont and southern Minnesota, and will soon be available online.
