Maruso Street Food Bar brings an exciting, unique concept to the Twin Cities dining scene. Maruso presents a menu featuring affordable, chef-driven interpretations of your favorite bar fare, craft beers and hand mixed globally-inspired craft cocktails from our in house mixologists, in a space designed for a good time. From the action of the open kitchen, the broad range of music, to the eclectic mix of local art hanging on the walls, it's an experience for all the senses.

THE VIBE: Maruso Street Food Bar features an open kitchen and a 30 foot long bar to provide an abundance of seats to watch your food and drinks being created. The dining room is loaded with comfy booths and displays an ambient glass panel ceiling that illuminates the center of the restaurant with the colors of a never ending sunset. Brick walls are adorned with independent local and international art from Minneapolis to Indonesia and the wall to wall windows provide views of the sidewalk cafe and The Hennepin Avenue Theater District.

THE MENU: Maruso Street Food Bar is a casual neighborhood restaurant serving chef quality fresh food at affordable prices. By obtaining high quality local and regionally sourced ingredients, we make every item on our menu from scratch and our own chef's recipes, to ensure freshness and the most flavorful menu possible. The four part menu consists of Snacks, Handhelds, Bowls and All-Day Breakfast and is a mix of your favorite recipes, local and global comfort food favorites along with gluten free and vegetarian recipes. The menu is available throughout the day and late night hours and Sundays for Brunch and dinner. In addition, Maruso Street Food Bar will pour international and local craft beers on tap, wines, and specialty drinks such as mojito’s, martinis, and margaritas plus soon to be famous “The Monkey Gland”, “Hennepin Punch”, and our homemade Sangria.
