Master Adam Yoga

Ngoc Xuan Nguyen, known as Master Adam, is a descendent of Quang Trung Nguyen Hue, 18th century Vietnamese King and Yoga Master. For centuries, the Nguyen clan has practiced Raja, or Royal Yoga, passing it down from generation to generation. Master Adam was initiated into the practice of Yoga at the age of five and began studying with Grand Master Ly Xuan Cuong at Temple Village, Saigon, Vietnam in 1957. Master Adam is a gifted, world class Master, who has developed a unique and innovative system based on Royal Yoga and his 40+ years of experience practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, and martial arts.
