MASTER THOMAS KNIGHT

(Sa-Bom), a Certified Martial Arts instructor for many years. My expertise is in traditional disciplined martial arts. My teaching certification is from Soo Bahk Do Tang Soo Do, and I hold a Sa Bom (5th degree certified instructor). SBD-TSD is best known as the karate of Chuck Norris, the most famous student of our founder and Grandmaster Hwang Kee. This style is 2700+ years old, combining Korean Royal Temple Guard Soo Bahk foot techniques and Northern Chinese long-arm Kung-Fu. It is a true art form, and is graceful as well as effective.
TSD is a traditional Martial art form, based on physical fitness, mental fitness, and spiritual fitness. Students are taught discipline, honor, justice, family values, respect for elders, and everything we know in our country to be good.
My first martial arts training started in 1969 in Miami.
