We provide a method of training for both young and old that enhances overall health, sharpens the ability to realistically defend against a real life attack, and continuously enhances individual character in a positive manner. We offer a curriculum that has evolved from integrating the most effective health, self-defense, and character development aspects of multiple styles of martial arts in one system; And this is all done in a family friendly environment.

Our style has blossomed as a result of our instructors training in several martial arts including Choi Kwang-Do, Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our method of teaching is an exciting and innovative approach to martial arts that combines all of the positive aspects of traditional martial arts (such as character development and positive mental attitude) with a training system that is pure innovation!

Our system provides the most effective martial art for today's modern society, that is easy to learn - yet provides a complete health system for both body and mind. Unlike many martial arts used for external athletic competition, our class is designed to enhance students' overall health and ability to realistically defend themselves through internal competition.
