Welcome to our updated, Mayan Princess Condo on the first floor of this beautiful resort. This is an end unit that offers a private entrance and lots of privacy. Unit #118 can comfortably sleep 6 with a king bed in the master and a full sized bed in the guest room. There is also a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and feature beautiful custom cabinets and granite counter tops. The master bathroom features a relaxing double jacuzzi tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a smooth top range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Everything is provided to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner or to cook up your Catch of the Day.

Wi-Fi is available and there is a 42' flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, as well as a flat screen in each bedroom. The living area is furnished with a leather sofa and love seat.

The Mayan Princess features three lagoon style swimming pools and a hot tub with a short boardwalk that leads to one of the most beautiful parts of the 27 mile beach.
