The MAC not only changes your body, it changes your life. We inspire, we push, we encourage, and we enjoy fitness. MAC is not a workout; it is a lifestyle.

Here at the Mayberry Athletic Center (MAC) we pride ourselves in providing several unique fitness experiences within a family atmosphere. From the moment you enter the building our purpose is to motivate, empower, and progress you towards your goals. We are a school of fitness offering one-on-one training, semi private training, and a handful of highly energized group fitness programs. Our trainers commit to providing safe, efficient, creative, and inspirational techniques for you to enjoy every step in reaching your goals.

You can find us alongside the Truckee River below the Steamboat Ditch Trail in North West Reno. The MAC is a 5,000 square foot facility complete with luxury locker rooms, various work out equipment, a children’s play room, and plenty of needed space. We have carefully designed the location of our center to accommodate the training needs of any and all clients including: Astroturf for agility and plyometric training, Everlast with Nike grind sports surfacing for weightlifting, and state of the art Woodway treadmills.

Because training can be tough, we offer a variety of comfort services: towel service, cold water, spacious showers equipped with many bath products, personalized locker space, and a coffee bar to assist in continuing your day energized and upbeat.
