At Mellen Movement we believe that through dedication, perseverance and a positive attitude you can face many obstacles with strength and grace.

We endeavor to provide an environment of growth and change where people can come and feel refreshed, challenged and invigorated to pursue a healthier lifestyle.

We are two people, Mimi Berea and Elly Schaaf, with a combined teaching experience of 15+ years and extensive training in technical ballet and other forms of dance and performance. We are excited for the opportunity to pair with Anytime Fitness in bringing our unique qualifying experience to Kenosha in teaching Ballet inspired fitness classes. These classes use exercises targeted to create long, lean muscles throughout the body, burning fat, increasing flexibility and mobility as well as improving overall posture.

We absolutely believe in this program and are walking proof that it works.
