METROFLEX GYM THE CASTLE

IS THE WORLDS LARGEST HARDCORE TRAINING FACILITY (6)">Rendy and Christine are owners of the world famous MetroFlex Gym-Ft Worth, aka The Castle. The Castle is the largest MetroFlex and The Worlds Largest Hardcore Training Facility with 40,000 square feet which gives us the opportunity to offer so much more. We have a Boxing and an MMMA school on site. We also have a Crossfit and Olympic lifting area, cardio equipment and a running trail. We have 18 personal trainers specializing in general fitness, weight loss, Crossfit, powerlifting, strongman, sport specific training as well as contest prep coaching!

Rendy and Christine have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry combined. Rendy holds a degree in kinesiology from UT-Arlington. He assisted in running and managing the Original MetroFlex in Arlington with Brian Dobson for 15 years. He has a successful competition record in bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman. Christine has served 4 years in the US Army and 9 years as a police officer. She also holds a degree in kinesiology from UT-Arlington and is currently working on her MBA! Christine has a successful competition record as an NPC Figure competitor and in powerlifting as well. We are both training together and prepping to step back on that Contest Stage Next Year in 2015! Can't wait to see what we have created.
