A step above the rest as far as "fast food" is concerned. We are actually a "quick service" restaurant, that serves to our dine in guests. We strive to create a fun, family atmosphere. Whether you are dining in or ordering to-go, we have something for everyone. Food is cooked and prepared to order, so freshness and quality is a guarantee. Top it all off with a delicious soft serve treat, whether it be a cone, sundae, or blizzard, we are sure to fix that sweet tooth! We offer in store made DQ cakes that are already decorated, or feel free to place an order for something more personalized. Either way, it's sure to be a hit!

Aside from serving food, we at Middlefield Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, love to help out the community. We regularly run campaigns to help out The Children's Miracle Network (Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital is our local hospital). We have coin collectors in the restaurant, sell balloons, host Miracle Treat Day, and more. We have also started our own community events at our restaurant. We help out with setting up a day, time and details. For all the guests that come and support your event, you get a portion of the sales for your cause. We also make other variable donations to different fundraisers throughout the year.
