Miesha has a broad background in both residential and commercial real estate spanning more than a decade. Her passion for real estate began when she started working for a commercial developer in San Francisco’s iconic Transamerica Pyramid building at the age of 18. It blossomed when she purchased her first property in Novato at the age of 22. Since that time she has owned and renovated several more properties in both San Francisco and Marin Counties. She finds joy in helping others pursue their dreams of home ownership and draws on her varied past experiences and contacts to advise them.

Previously, as Asset Manager at Postcard Properties, she managed the life cycles of over 50 real estate projects in San Francisco and Marin County from acquisition, thru renovation, to re-sales. She specifically coordinated the acquisition, financing and draw requests, construction bids, timelines, budgeting, legal formation, tenant relations, day to day property management, account operations, entity formation, entitlements, public reports, and final dispositions including marketing and transaction coordination for each property. She also assisted the partners in developing overall project plans to optimize the assets. The projects varied from 2-6 unit buildings in San Francisco, to single-family renovations or ground-up new construction projects in Marin County.

Prior to that, Miesha was the Vice President of a private commercial development firm and was responsible for acquiring, managing and re-leasing over one million square feet of neighborhood shopping centers within the states of California, Hawaii and Texas. Leveraging her diverse skill set, Miesha also worked to assemble loan submittals for commercial conduit financing, assembled commercial developments, and coordinated the acquisition of several shopping centers. She was greatly honored to receive recognition from Community Officials for her role in the renovation of community shopping centers. Transforming them into safer and more appealing assets for the property owners and surrounding communities both.

Miesha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California at Davis. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and is a licensed Realtor member of The National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Marin Association of Realtors, and member of the Bay Area Real Estate Association.

Miesha currently lives in Marin County with her husband and two young children, all actively enjoying the vibrant community they love.
