What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

When the body is healthy, the mind is free to roam in positive directions, to be creative and find stimulation. We need to be aware of any glitches throughout our mind-body system that can undermine our whole performance. At Mind Body Spirit our clients get results and change their lives.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

Keeping it new and fresh when it comes to their workout sessions. A great, clean atmosphere is important at our facility.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Helping people who need a push and motivation to better help themselves through health and fitness.

What do you love most about your job?

I help change people’s lives. I change my clients lives through transformations in fitness training.
