ORDERS:
All orders will be invoiced through PayPal. To claim an item as yours, comment directly under the item's post. The first person to comment will get the item. Please send a PM through Facebook Messenger with your PayPal email address so we are able to send the invoice. All invoices must be paid within 12 hours or the item will be offered to the next person commenting on the post.

SHIPPING:
All prices INCLUDE shipping within the United States. We are unable to ship internationally at this time. Items will be shipped within 3 business days after the invoice is paid (often much sooner!).

CPSC:
All of the items created by Minnesota Beach Boutique, LLC are Consumer Product Safety Commission complaint. This means we are following the rules set by the Federal Trade Commission to insure our products are safe for children. Our Registered Identification Number is RN-46709.

REFUNDS:
Refunds for ready-to-ship items may be negotiated if item is returned unworn and in perfect condition. Please be sure to double check the size before ordering. If you have questions about fit please contact us prior to ordering. Returns must be received by us within a five business day time period, the time starts once the item has arrived to you. Minnesota Beach Boutique, LLC must be contacted before shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.

Custom orders, rush orders, and alternative shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are no refunds once a custom order has been started.
