Founded in Columbia, Missouri in January of 2016. Missouri Prisoner Advocacy Consulting (MOPAC) was created by an exonoree, Anthony Williams who was wrongfully convicted of 1st degree murder at the age of 14. Anthony served 20 years before he was exonerated July 3, 2014. While in prison, Anthony studied law, worked as a law clerk in the prison law library and gained considerable experience writing his own legal pleadings and helping other inmates with theirs.
As a non-lawyer Anthony has a unique ability to identify "Pathways" for inmates to remedy their sentences. Through Missouri Prisoner Advocacy Consulting (MOPAC) Anthony has assembled a Team of advocates who’re eager to advocate for you or your loved one!
